Remedy x Hagastrand Day Retreat – 24 April

The day retreat
It will begin in the private spa suite with refreshing smoothies, snacks, and time to settle in. Every guest receives lush bathrobes and slippers, a Hagastrand spa kit, a swimsuit, and a Remedy goodie bag with premium products, so you can move effortlessly from one indulgence to the next.

Move with Amelie Parchami  in an intense and fluid Pilates Sculpt class that will end with a deeply relaxing sound healing.

Afterwards you´ll recharge with a fresh vegan bowl and a glass of bubbles before the sauna master takes you on a ritual journey of music, aromas, and warmth – a truly sensorial experience.

Finally, enjoy 2.5 hours in the brand-new experience spa: relax on vibrating meditation beds under red light, drift into guided headphone meditations, explore the Gong room, multiple saunas, ice room, and a pool with underwater music, every moment crafted to awaken your senses and leave you feeling renewed.

Your day is guided and cared for by our hosts, Marianne and Amelie, who ensure every moment feels seamless and special.

For those who wish to extend the experience overnight, special room options are available so you can fully unwind and enjoy the evening at Hagastrand.

When booking/purchasing this product, you hereby agree to the following conditions:
– Registration is binding.
– We reserve the right to change the date of the course or cancel the planned course depending on the number of applicants or other circumstances beyond our responsibility.
– Cancellation no later than 14 days before arrival for a full refund in case of illness and on presentation of a sickness certificate. In case of cancellation later than 14 days before arrival, the full charge will be made.
– Final program and departure information will be emailed no later than 5 days before arrival.
