Pilates Matwork intensive education in Tuscany
Now you have the opportunity to participate in an in-depth and intensive Pilates training in Tuscany, where Pro Pilates Matwork is combined with an inspiring stay in Italy. The training is organized in collaboration with Pilates Center Academy and led by Carita Lesche, one of Sweden’s most experienced Pilates instructors, together with our coordinator Marianne Själander – who has roots in Italy and extensive experience in creating tailored trips and retreats.
We will stay at Riva del Sole, a cozy hotel by the sea in Tuscany’s coastal landscape. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to the sea and pine forests create the perfect conditions for focus, learning, training, and relaxation. During the week, theory, practice, and Pilates sessions are combined with time for rest, spa, walks, jogging, cycling, shopping, and excursions to charming nearby villages.
With this trip, you get the best of both worlds – an intensive Pilates training that offers the opportunity for a new career in Pilates, while enjoying relaxation and la dolce vita in Tuscany’s stunning landscape. On your free day, there will be options to book excursions, for example, to Siena or a winery in the Tuscan countryside. Here, you have the chance to deepen your Pilates knowledge while experiencing the Italian lifestyle and nature in an inspiring coastal setting.
About the Pro Pilates Matwork Training
The training consists of a total of 100 hours and combines theoretical online studies (Pro Pilates Foundation) with an in-depth, intensive on-site program in Tuscany.
Once the trip is confirmed and payment completed, you will gain access to the training portal and can start the online studies at your own pace. This allows the days in Italy to be dedicated to practice, method deepening, guidance, reflection, and shared learning. Examination is conducted digitally after the on-site training according to Pro Pilates Academy’s standard process, with the possibility of a retake if needed. Upon successful completion, you will receive your Pro Pilates Matwork license. More information will be provided during the training.
