REMEDY DAY RETREAT – NEH Perfumes
Remedy and NEH Perfumes invite you to a half-day city retreat dedicated to movement, self-care, connection and sensory wellbeing.
Bringing together Remedy’s signature movement practices with NEH’s immersive fragrance rituals, this collaborative experience is designed to nourish both body and mind.
We begin the day with The Practice led by Camilla Ahlqvist—a grounding and energising class designed to help you reconnect with your body and set the tone for the day ahead.
After class, enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast while meeting face massage expert Dana Nel. Dana will share her knowledge, techniques and practical guidance to help you create an effective at-home face massage ritual that gives deep relaxation for the face and a glow up for the skin.
The morning continues with The Pilates Sculpt led by the founder of Remedy, Amelie Parchami.
A dynamic full-body workout designed to challenge mobility, strength and will leave you feeling refreshed.
To close the retreat, experience a 60-minute Scent & Sound Ceremony led by NEH founder Tara Derakshan. Combining healing soundscapes, affirmations and intentional fragrances from The Altered States Collection, this immersive journey is designed to calm the nervous system, awaken the senses and create space for presence, intuition and deep restoration.
And of course, you won’t leave empty-handed. At the end of the retreat, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag filled with holistic wellness products to continue your self-care ritual at home. All participants will receive a Discovery Set (value: SEK 495) featuring six fragrances (6 × 2.5 ml) from NEH’s Altered States Collection.
