We invite our Remedy Family for a day completely dedicated to yourself and your well-being. Give yourself an energy boost with some fun and challenging exercises, unwind with a guided meditation and treat yourself with a private massage. What we call the perfect Sunday.
The Rise and Shine Sunday will include
“Garuda Barre Flow” with the owner Amelie Parchami – One of our signature classes which is exclusively performed at Remedy in Stockholm.
“The Practice” with Camilla Ahlqvist – Be among the first to try out Remedy’s soon to be launched pop up workout class. The Practice combines yoga movements with high-intensity training to unlock the patterns of your mind.
“Crystal & chakra meditation” with Matilde Wergeland – A full-body scanning meditation and writing exercise to balance all of our chakras with the help of Reiki charged crystals.
“Tai-Shi-Ki Seated Acupressure massage” by the World Champion Masseuse Mario de Sousa – A body, mind and soul message designed to bring a full sensation of holistic harmony and inner peace.
Breakfast prepared by our nutritionist Marie Pironneau – Gluten free and without added sugar.
Special guest appearances by the canna-health/beauty brand MANTLE as well as the supplement/superfood brand Pureness.
Snacks provided by Earth Bite.

MANTLE will present their lovely skincare line and products for you to try. The products will also be discounted to all of the participants during Rise and Shine.
10.45 – 11.45 – ”Garuda Barre Flow” with Amelie
11.45 – 12.00 – Refreshing Electrolyte Drinks served by Pureness.
12.00 – 12.45 – Crystal & Chakra meditation with Matilde
13.00 – 15.00 – Massages 10 min sessions p.p with Mario. While you wait for your turn (waiting time will be around 10 to max 15 min ) lunch and snacks from Earth Bite will be served at our shop.
