Welcome to Breathe in the heat!

In this workshop we will practice various breathing techniques in combination with heat. You will open up to your inner vulnerability, shedding the old and awakening the new. Practicing breathwork in heat is a unique experience that you don’t want to miss!

Suitable for both beginners and more advanced breathers. We will work with contrasts – mixing intensity and discomfort with calmness and bliss. Rosanna is a certified breathwork coach & breath performance coach with many years of experience within the breathwork field. “

** It is recommended not to eat 2 hours prior to this workshop.
